At 23 years old Lucy went to study traditional Sivananda Hatha Yoga, also trained for a year studying Vinyasa flow Jasmine Tarkeshi. For over 15 years Lucy has been deepening her daily practice in nourishing her dreams and manifesting personal transformation through yoga, dance, affirmations, meditation and visualisation. Lucy knows the potential of a personal practice, rooted in tradition but at the same time completely open to create & discover what works for you personally to discover your inner magic.
Mitch is a teacher of Jivamukti Yoga, a Physical, Ethical and Spiritual practice, drawing on a background of Ashtanga yoga and incorporating an effective modern approach to the teachings of Yoga. Movement and Breath are used as tools to harmonise the Body and Mind. Our sacred connection to the Breath is given the priority throughout all of Mitch’s classes. Understanding mindfulness to establish a strong foundation of inner peace is the outcome of consistent, regular and devoted practice.

Irene is finishing up a PhD in experimental physics and is very passionate about yoga; she has been teaching since she was 21. Irene incorporates different styles and techniques in her practice and her teaching. Her classes are intense and fluid, creating strength and flexibility while allowing time to play and experiment. Courtney’s love for yoga was born in London 12 years ago. She remembers the first unique, challenging and eye opening experience on the mat, and from that day onwards, her love for the yogic world steadily grew. Focusing on gaining strength, creating space and flexibility, Courtney guides you through fluid movements, fun flows and meditative introspection to leave you feeling calm, invigorated and spirited.

Atalanta’s practice and study of yoga began with Sivananda Yoga. She then undertook a disciplined Mysore style Ashtanga practice and began teaching Vinyasa classes. More recently she has been inspired by T.K.V Desikachar and the principles of Viniyoga. These various schools of practice are woven into her classes, resulting in fluid but steady sequences with attention to alignment and coordination of breath and movement. Expect a strong class with enough space and stillness to explore the body and that which lies within!

Specialized in Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, Lorena accompanies women in such an important moment of their lives, providing tools to live lives in wellbeing, consciousness and community. Lorena is a certified Yoga therapist in the tradition of Desikachar (Viniyoga), using the different tools and aspects of Yoga to develop personalized practices to aim any kind of personal objective or need. In 2016 Anna embarked on an adventure with her yoga mat and she hasn’t looked back since. After having completed her 200hr Hatha YTT in India, she has developed her own unique style which incorporates both elements of Hatha and Vinyasa. On the mat is where she feels like her best version of herself and she wants to spread that joy, passion and energy with her students. Anna’s perfect idea of a holistic class includes chanting, meditation and asana.
Paula’s smile is her identity stamp and one of her outstanding tools to inspire others. She believes happiness is a decision we have to make everyday. This is how she faces each day with determination.
She has always been devoted to sports. Sport enabled her to be connected to her body and her surroundings. However, during the last years, both mental and spiritual levels stepped forward and became crucial. As a consequence, LOVE reached out as the essential component to find harmony.
Paula is specialized in Mindfulness and Jivamukti Yoga, both techniques perfectly combine with her Pilates and Fitness background.
