Mitch is an 800hr Advanced certified Jivamukti teacher of Jivamukti Yoga, a Physical, Ethical and Spiritual practice, drawing on a background of Ashtanga yoga and incorporating an effective modern approach to the teachings of Yoga. Movement and Breath are used as tools to harmonise the Body and Mind. Our sacred connection to the Breath is given the priority throughout all of Mitch’s classes. Understanding mindfulness to establish a strong foundation of inner peace is the outcome of consistent, regular and devoted practice.

In 2016 Anna embarked on an adventure with her yoga mat and she hasn’t looked back since. After having completed her 200hr Hatha YTT in India, she has developed her own unique style which incorporates both elements of Hatha and Vinyasa. On the mat is where she feels like her best version of herself and she wants to spread that joy, passion and energy with her students. Anna’s perfect idea of a holistic class includes chanting, meditation and asana.

Paulina discovered yoga as a spiritual practice while living in Bali. She completed several YTTCs in India, focusing on Vinyasa, Hatha, and Tantra. As a yoga teacher and intuitive artist, she creates a link between creativity, divine femininity, and moon astrology. Through her Restorative and Lunar Yoga classes, Paulina invites her students to connect to their higher self. Her monthly moon gatherings empower women to connect to their inner goddess, honor their cycle and discover their creative potential in a safe space.
Yuli is vibrant, intuitive, energetic & curious yogini who imparts her passion for life and well-being in her teaching. Her style pulls from multiple yogic disciplines, and is both intuitive and steeped in the traditional aspects of yoga. Her classes focus on the idea of “witness observer attitude”, meditation in movement. She sees the Yoga as a path to explore our inner selves and elevate our consciousness. Working as a facilitator in Dharma yoga, Hatha Raja, Cyoga, Aerial yoga, she has experience guiding Yoga Nidra and Kriya yoga. She is also the founder of the “Ayama Wheel”method, and a Peak Pilates Mat & Studio instructor.
Alice believes deeply in the power of yoga to shine a light on our limitless possibilities so we can uncover our full potential, and is constantly in awe at the transformative nature of yoga. Teaching from an intuitive and nurturing place, Alice always invites students to connect and tune in as they move. Sat Guru Kaur is a British level 1 & 2 Kundalini Yoga Teacher Trainer and a qualified Somatic Experiencing Therapist, trained by the Peter Levine International School. She lives in between Barcelona, Ibiza and London giving workshops and trainings for Kundalini and assisting in the Somatic Experiencing Trainings worldwide, including Brazil, Argentina and Mexico. Sat Guru weaves together the subtle art of Kundalini Breath Work and deep meditations with mudras and mantras, with grounding and trauma release techniques to bring about healing, a deeper self connection and a strong self of purpose. She is a dynamic workshop facilitator, trainer and healer bringing passion, creativity and an energetic.
VINYASA FLOW ______________________
Atalanta’s practice and study of yoga began with Sivananda Yoga. She then undertook a disciplined Mysore style Ashtanga practice and began teaching Vinyasa classes. More recently she has been inspired by T.K.V Desikachar and the principles of Viniyoga. These various schools of practice are woven into her classes, resulting in fluid but steady sequences with attention to alignment and coordination of breath and movement. Expect a strong class with enough space and stillness to explore the body and that which lies within!
